1. Closet Cleaning

Having been in the business for 25 years, many of my clients have shared how scary it was to allow me access to their closet that first time. Somehow it seems too vulnerable a thing to do, very personal. But afterwards they say it was a really helpful and fun experience.

The goal is for your wardrobe to contain only clothes that make you feel terrific and attractive. I will guide you in making decisions about your existing wardrobe. You make the final decisions about what to keep, what to get rid of, put into storage, give to a friend, donate to charity or which items need repair or alteration.

We will work with existing items or outfits that frustrate you or that feel incomplete and then transform them. Sometimes I will support you to just say goodbye to them. We will go through each item in your wardrobe including clothes, coats, shoes, and accessories.

I will also give you a list of the items you need to add and, based on your budget and lifestyle, in what order.

Cost: A Closet Cleaning generally takes two hours at a cost of $150. If more time is required there is an additional charge of $50 per hour. If you’d like some help closet cleaning, contact me.

2. Personal Wardrobe Shopping

This service is for everyone no matter what your shopping budget or lifestyle needs. Everyone wants to look and feel their best and that’s what I help you do. We will work together to create a personalized wardrobe that you will love!

There are many reasons you might want to work with me.

1. Perhaps you feel like you are in a rut, always buying the same look and feeling like it never really reflects who you are.
2. Maybe you find it confusing when you walk into a store and see all the choices. Are you someone who, when faced with rack upon rack of clothes, feels overwhelmed? Do you leave the store with nothing except a greater sense of frustration?
3. Perhaps you have a big event or a new job opportunity coming up and you want to feel prepared. I can help you be your absolute best.
4. Do you lack confidence about how to put yourself together and you need a little help?

Having someone else to offer an objective opinion and an expert eye looking at your wardrobe with you can make all the difference and answer many questions. Discovering a style that you wouldn’t normally have chosen but find that you love is another benefit.

You’ll save time, money and energy working with me one on one. I will work with you to create a wardrobe that helps you feel great about how you look.

Inviting someone into the personal and important decisions you are making about how you want to look and how much money you will spend on which items can sometimes feel a bit risky or unsettling. You also want to feel comfortable that you’ve chosen items that reflect who you are. I will make this process as stress free as possible and my clients tell me they really enjoy the experience.

3. Makeup Update

The three most common makeup scenarios I hear from my clients are:

1. I’m bored with my routine. I’ve been wearing the same makeup or applying it in the same way for years. I need a change but don’t want to look too made up or have to spend a lot of time doing it.
2. I have a drawer full of makeup I never wear. I’ve collected free samples, bought things at cosmetic counters and never understood how to use them correctly or I’ve picked up things at the drugstore in desperation. I don’t know what I should use and what I should throw away.
3. I’m confused by the makeup trends. The magazines encourage me to buy the latest and trendiest look but I’m just not sure. I really just want to know what looks good on me.

We will meet and look at the makeup you are currently using. Together we will choose makeup colors that suit you and put together a simple makeup routine that is easy to follow.

Cost: The cost of this makeup update is $100 plus whatever makeup you purchase.
